The pantry makeover is designed to help you realize what you need to throw out and stock you kitchen with to help you improve your health. If you don’t have the unhealthy choices in your kitchen you won’t even have to make the decision about whether to eat them or not. The makeover will help you change your eating habits one food at a time. Today's post will be sneak preview of what this class will be about! The first step to changing your eating habits is to get your refrigerator ready! Your fridge should be stocked with easy healthy choices. We will be throwing out unhealthy condiments and high fat & sugar foods. We will talk about replacing these with delicious healthy proteins, dairy products, whole grains, fruits and vegetables.
