PUMPKIN POWER BARS
DREA's RECIPE ADAPTED Ingredients:
1 CAN PUMPKIN
1/2 CUP GREEK YOGURT
1 TSP VANILLA
1 EGG
1/3 CUP HONEY
2 CUPS OATS
1 CUP WHEAT FLOUR
1/2 TSP BAKING POWDER
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
2/3 CUP SEMI SWEET CHOC CHIPS (MINI)
1/4 CUP SUNFLOWER SEEDS OR CHOPPED ALMONDS
Mix dry, then wet. 350 for 20 minutes!
