Whole Wheat Garlic Twists (almost as good as the pizza factory)
INGREDIENTS:
3-4 cups whole wheat flour
1 1/2 cups warm water
1 tbsp yeast
1 Tbsp gluten
1 Tbsp dough enhancer
1 tsp salt
2 Tbsp sugar
Top With: 2 Tbsp melted butter, and sprinkle Parmesan and Garlic Salt on top!
DIRECTIONS:
Mix water, yeast, gluten, dough enhancer, salt, sugar together. Then add flour until good consistency..... a little sticky. Knead 4-5 minutes. Let raise tell dough has doubled in size ( I like to put in in a warm oven so it raises better but not too warm!) then roll flat on a cookie sheet and cut into 1 inch strips long ways. Take 1 inch strips and fold in half and twist. Put in oven for 8-10 minutes at 400 or until golden brown on top. Drizzle butter and sprinkle parmesan and garlic salt on top! Delicious!!!
