Frozen Parfait Bars
These are excellent for snacks, or grab and go breakfasts!
Ingredients:
2 cups low fat yogurt or greek yogurt (1 cup plain, 1 cup vanilla.)
1 cup granola (try my simple homemade granola recipe)
1/4 cup mini semi-sweet chocolate chips (optional)
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
Use a 9 by 13 pan. Put granola down first, then yogurt. Top with chocolate chips and sunflower seeds. Freeze. Cut into squares before it is completely frozen! Put in separate bags or containers for easy eats!
