Home Visits: This program is designed to get your body back like you once knew by using exercise and nutrition. It includes 4 one hour sessions. A session consists of a 45 minute workout, as well as a workout plan for the rest of the week and a 15 minute diet planning session. Workouts and diet plans will be designed specifically for your body and lifestyle. I can come to your home (if this works best) and help you use the tools around you! This is an inexpensive and healthy way to GET YOUR BODY BACK.
