I just talked Landon into setting a few New Year resolutions. His belief is that New Year resolutions are meant to be broken. My belief is that even if you fail......it's everyday you make it that matters. So for the New Year I have a few challenges for you. One a month....simple steps to a NEW YOU. And remember that it's each day you make it that matters!
New Year New You 12 Month Challenge
January: At least 5 fruits and veggies per day!
February: Add an extra cardio workout in each week!
March: Sugar Detox: go a few days without treats, then set a treat limit.
April: Do some extra abs and pushups from home 3 times/week!
May: Sign up for something and train for it! (5K, 10K, Triathlon ect.)
June: Avoid all sugary drinks.
July: Go on a evening or morning walk every Sunday.
August: Look at your nutrition labels and recognize what your putting into your body.
September: Only eat whole grains.
October: Have a dance party for 30 minutes 2x's per week.
November: Choose only low fat or no fat dairy products.
December: Avoid overeating. Stop when your full. Listen to your body.
