Well, summer's already started but wasn't I supposed to be getting FIT????? (Since my baby, Will, is almost 11 weeks old and I need to get back into it!) Could I possibly do one thing a day from JUNE 1st to SEPTEMBER 1st? (Leaving just a few days to spare)! Well, I've come up with the 90 Days of Summer Checklist to make sure I'm having fun, staying organized, and getting FIT all at the same time!
1) Hike to the TOP of a MOUNTAIN
2) Sign up for a 5K (and RUN it)
3) One NO Candy WEEK
4) 5 Fruits and Veggies a DAY
5) Swim a MILE
6) Play a Frisbee Golf Course (find a course near you)
7) Abs Twice a Week
8) Use a Playground Set for a Circuit Workout (monkey bars, pull ups, etc.)
9) Picnic Hike
10) Gym Day
11) New Healthy Recipe WEEK
12) Mountain Biking
13) walk to the TEMPLE (or some other pretty place)
14) Experiment with Healthy Treats
15) Bowling
16) Rock Climbing
17) Plant some Herbs
18) Talk my husband in to taking me swing dancing (ya right)
19) Night Games (I'm probably too old for this)
20) Deep Cleaning the house
21) Pick-up Basketball Game
22) Bike-to-work day
23) ULTIMATE frisbee
24) Wakeboarding (and sunbathing!)
25) Weeding the GARDEN
26) Rearrange FURNITURE
27) Clean out GARAGE
28) Stadium Stairs (ouch!)
29) Rest the RIDING mower at least once a month (USE the PUSH mower)
